Gems are the virtual currency inside Primalix Dodge. Use them to exchange for items, strengthen survival tools, or push through high-pressure waves faster. The email you enter at checkout is treated as your game account; after payment, the order attaches to that email identity so gems and items land in the right place and misuse risk stays low.

After a virtual currency purchase is paid successfully, virtual currency is usually credited automatically to your game account (the email entered on the checkout page) within 5 minutes. If there is a system delay or order review, delivery will be completed within 24 hours at the latest.
If you still have not received your virtual currency after the promised timeline, please submit a request on the Contact Us page and provide your order number, purchase date, and payment proof. Customer support will verify the order and reissue the virtual currency within 3 business days of receiving your request.
If virtual currency cannot be delivered within 24 hours due to a system fault, inventory issue, or other reason, we will refund the funds to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund arrival time varies by payment method and is usually 7 business days.
Virtual currency may be used only inside Primalix Dodge.
